Availability is limited. Please be courteous! We require a 24-hour notice when canceling an appointment to avoid a 50% charge of the booked service cost. Same-day NO CALL, NO SHOW clients will automatically be charged 100% of their missed appointment. It is the client’s responsibility to know the date and time of their appointment. However, we send reminders as a courtesy. Clients agree to these terms when booking an appointment with Authentic Ambiance.

We understand things happen! Please call to let us know if you have to cancel, reschedule, or are running late for your appointment. Late arrivals can receive the remaining time left of their service. However, we cannot accommodate extra time, and appreciate your understanding of the importance of staying on time for all appointments.

WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND ARRIVING 10 MINUTES EARLY FOR YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. YOUR THERAPIST WILL ALWAYS CONDUCT A VERBAL INTAKE WITH YOU BEFORE THE SESSION BEGINS. YOU WILL RECEIVE ANY REMAINING TIME LEFT OF YOUR BOOKED APPOINTMENT DUE TO LATE ARRIVAL.
