Full Body Session

Full body massage for clients who are simply looking to relax, unwind, and reduce stress. The main goal of this service is simple and designed to promote relaxation by getting the blood flow and circulation to increase. This treatment session is performed by a licensed massaged therapist with a light to medium pressure. This is a form of massage that uses less pressure than a deep tissue massage. However we recommend booking a deep tissue massage to relieve discomfort and pain.

Full body massage primarily suited to reduce scar tissue, chronic pain, muscle and/or sports related injuries. Deep tissue sessions are subjective and customized to your individual needs. In a deep tissue session we use the maximum pressure you’re comfortable with to treat muscle tension where you need it most. Everyone has pain in different places and clients can handle various amounts of pressure! Let us know if it’s too much or not enough pressure at anytime during this session!

Focused work session for clients with TMJ or chronic jaw pain. In most cases the pain and discomfort caused by TMJ can be relieved with self care like massage and stretches. Your pain may be due to a combination of factors, such as genetics, arthritis and/or jaw injury. TMJ can cause pain in your jaw joint and in the muscles that control jaw movement. In this session we will mainly focus on your jaw with some added neck work. You’ll leave feeling more relief than you ever imagined possible!

Focused work session for upper body ONLY. Over 700,000 Americans have desk jobs! One of the main impacts of desk workers’ pain is due to bad posture. In this session we will work on your upper body only with heavy focus on neck, shoulders, and back. We will work on the back for the first half of the session, then add Bio-freeze covered with a steamy hot towel for a tingly sensation before finishing with neck and shoulder concentration.

We will address specific intention before the session begins. Client will be fully clothed during this treatment session.
