Professional Conduct
Inappropriate behavior of any kind will not be tolerated. This includes, but is not limited to, any form of harassment, misconduct, or behavior that compromises the safety or comfort of our team. Any such actions will result in the immediate termination of the session, and the client will be prohibited from booking future appointments. If necessary, law enforcement will be notified and legal action pursued.

Client Health & Safety
Clients are required to provide accurate and up-to-date health information prior to any session. Treatments are designed to promote relaxation and wellness and are not a substitute for medical care. Please inform your practitioner of any injuries, allergies, or health concerns before your appointment.

Consent & Liability
By booking a session, you acknowledge that all treatments are provided for general wellness purposes and agree to release Authentic Ambiance and its practitioners from any liability associated with your session.
